Yes! We offer full delivery, setup, and takedown services so you can relax and enjoy your event. We’ll coordinate arrival and setup times with your venue.
We proudly serve areas from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to London, Ontario — including Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Kitchener, and everything in between.
Our primary service areas include Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Scarborough, Stratford, London, St. Thomas, Strathroy, Sarnia, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Hamilton, Woodstock, Ingersoll, Milton, Oakville, and Etobicoke.
If you're located outside this region, feel free to contact us — we may still be able to accommodate your needs.
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons (spring, summer, and holiday weekends).
Last-minute bookings are possible depending on availability — reach out and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Absolutely! Customization is our specialty.

Yes! We offer preset packages for common event types and also create fully customized décor packages based on your needs and budget.

We require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance can apply the deposit to a future date.
Last-minute cancellations (within 7 days) may be subject to additional charges based on materials purchased.
Yes, we’re happy to coordinate with your venue or event planner to ensure everything is installed smoothly and according to schedule.
